The CLUBHOUSE RENTAL FEE was set by the Board of Directors to be $70, effective 1/1/2018.

RESERVATIONS
It is preferred that Clubhouse Reservations be made over the Internet. In setting the start and end times for your event, please allow for set-up before and clean-up afterward. Check the calendar below to see if the day you desire is available. If so, please fill in the E-mail Rental Reservation Request form (below). If you do not use Email on the Internet, please call Webmaster Ron Kohlin to make your reservation (see contact information below; Please leave a detailed message).

PLEASE NOTE
After making a reservation, you should receive a response within a couple of days. If you don't get confirmation of your reservation, please call or Send E-mail to the webmaster

PAYMENT
DAPHNE FLOYD (Emerald Bay) is the Clubhouse Rental Coordinator and will be accepting rental fee and deposits. After making your reservation, please call Daphne within ten days to make payment arrangements; if you have not done so by then, your request will be vacated and that date again made available to the neighborhood.
PLEASE NOTE: THIRD-PARTY CHECKS MAY NOT BE USED FOR RENTAL FEE OR SECURITY DEPOSIT.
At that time Daphne will also make arrangements to meet you (closer to your rental date) at the clubhouse for the initial clubhouse inspection, contract signing, and for you to obtain the key.
